Using our service does not guarantee that your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), Parking Charge, or appeal will be cancelled or successful.

2. About Our Service
Parking Pals provides a document preparation service for certain parking and traffic-related notices. We help users prepare appeal documents based on the information and evidence they provide.
Our current services include:
- Digital Appeal Pack
- A personalised appeal document delivered by email for you to review and submit yourself.
Print & Post Add-on
An optional service where we print and post the appeal document on your behalf.
We provide drafting and preparation support only. We do not act as your solicitor or legal representative, and we do not provide legal advice.
3. Supported Notice and Appeal Types
Our service is intended for users dealing with supported notices issued in England, Wales, and Scotland.
We currently support:
- Private Parking Charges
- Council / Local Authority PCNs
- POPLA appeals
We do not currently support:
- Notices issued in Northern Ireland
- Police Fixed Penalty Notices relating to criminal matters
- Court summons, court claims, or Magistrates' Court matters
- Any notice, claim, or appeal type not expressly listed above
We may refuse any order that falls outside our supported service scope.
4. Eligibility
By using our service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or are using the service with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult
- The information and documents you provide are truthful, accurate, and complete
- You have the right to use and submit the documents or evidence you upload to us
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Current pricing:
- Digital Appeal Pack — £4.99
- Print & Post Add-on — £2.99
Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been placed and paid for. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card details.
6. Delivery and Dispatch
Digital Appeal Packs
Digital Appeal Packs are usually delivered within 24 hours by email, provided we have received the information we need from you.
Print & Post Add-on
Where you purchase the Print & Post Add-on, we aim to dispatch the printed document within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Documents may be sent using Royal Mail or another suitable postal provider. Once an item has been handed to the postal service, we are not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage in transit.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Uploading clear and legible copies of any relevant notice or evidence
- Checking all deadlines that apply to your case
- Reviewing the document we prepare before you submit it
- Making sure that any appeal or submission accurately reflects your situation
- Ensuring that your appeal is submitted on time
You remain solely responsible for the final submission of your appeal unless we expressly state otherwise.
8. No Legal Advice
Parking Pals is a document preparation service only.
Nothing on our website, in our emails, in customer support communications, or in any document we prepare should be treated as legal advice, legal opinion, or legal representation. If you need legal advice about your specific circumstances, you should speak to a qualified solicitor or other regulated legal professional.
9. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee any particular result. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee that your appeal will be successful
- We do not guarantee that your notice will be cancelled
- We do not guarantee that any reduced-payment period or discount will remain available
- The final decision always rests with the parking operator, council, POPLA, or other relevant body
- We are not responsible for any fines, increased charges, enforcement action, or other losses resulting from a rejected, delayed, or unsuccessful appeal
10. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a refund policy where we are unable to provide a valid appeal document for a supported notice or appeal type. A valid appeal document means a document that corresponds to the notice type selected, is personalised using the information you provided, contains appeal content suitable for submission, and is formatted appropriately for the relevant authority.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You provided a clear and legible notice or supporting documents
- You provided accurate and complete information
- Your matter falls within our supported service scope
- You request the refund within 14 days of purchase
Refunds will usually not be given if:
- The document was successfully prepared and delivered, and you simply changed your mind
- Your appeal is rejected
- You provided incomplete, inaccurate, false, or illegible information
- Your matter falls outside our supported service scope
- For Print & Post orders, the document has already been dispatched
To request a refund, email support@parkingpals.co.uk. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If digital content we provide is faulty, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Parking Pals and protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a document from us, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use that document for your own appeal only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of our website, templates, or prepared documents except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
- We are not liable for loss of opportunity, loss of discount, increased penalties, debt recovery costs, or enforcement-related losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at support@parkingpals.co.uk. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use our website or services after updated Terms are published, you agree to the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
